Clinical Therapist

Role and Responsibilities
– Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for clients with sex addiction
– Develop personalised treatment plans based on clients’ needs and progress
– Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
– Facilitate psychoeducation sessions and support groups
– Maintain accurate and confidential client records

Qualifications
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
– Certification or licensure in therapy or counselling (e.g., BACP, UKCP)
– Experience in working with individuals with sex addiction or related issues
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to client care

Addiction Counsellor

Role and Responsibilities
– Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans
– Provide counselling and support to individuals with sex addiction and co-occurring disorders
– Develop and implement relapse prevention strategies
– Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure integrated care
– Maintain accurate and confidential client records

Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
– Relevant certification or licensure (e.g., FDAP, FdSc Addiction Counseling)
– Experience in addiction counselling or a related field
– Knowledge of evidence-based practices in addiction treatment
– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients

Family Therapist

Role and Responsibilities
– Provide therapy and support to families affected by sex addiction
– Conduct family assessments and develop treatment plans
– Facilitate family therapy sessions and support groups
– Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure coordinated care
– Educate families on healthy coping strategies and communication skills

Qualifications
– Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
– Certification or licensure in family therapy (e.g., AFT, UKCP)
– Experience in working with families in the context of addiction
– Knowledge of systemic approaches to family therapy
– Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
